Geo Thermal HVAC Installers & Service Technicians*** Responsibilities:As a Geo Thermal HVAC Installer & Service Technician, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of geothermal HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. Your responsibilities will include: Installation and Testing: Installing and testing geothermal HVAC systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards. Inspections and Repairs: Conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on geothermal HVAC systems to ensure they meet safety regulations and standards. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of geothermal HVAC systems. Collaboration: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to efficiently complete projects and ensure the smooth operation of geothermal systems. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered during installation, maintenance, or repairs. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation and service. Valid HVAC license or certification. Strong knowledge of geothermal HVAC systems and related equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, office staff, and coworkers. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients in their homes and businesses. Thoroughness in inspections and accuracy in quoting replacements or repairs. Your Skill Set: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn and perform multiple technical tasks, with a willingness to periodically upgrade skills. Adherence to company policies and procedures. Professional and respectful communication with customers, office staff, and coworkers. Capability to load and unload heavy objects and materials. Punctuality and reliability in arriving on time for work each day. Willingness to work diligently and efficiently to complete tasks.
