Description:
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an experienced Patient Registration Rep to join our Patient Access team!
Employment Type: Part Time
Shift:
.6 FTE, Part-time 24hrs/wk - 48hrs per pay period. This is a PT evening position which also carries an every other weekend commitment. Additional hours may be available but not guaranteed.
The Patient Registration Rep performs outpatient and inpatient registration functions, provides general information to hospital users, patients and families, ensures that patients meet financial requirement, and provides excellent patient focused customer service. The Patient Registration Rep communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.

Insurance Verification
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate degree or equivalent required
Knowledge of EPIC EMR
Knowledge of insurance verification
Medical Terminology
Previous experience in hospital admissions, business office and/or physician’s office
