In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

  • Will develop a world-class reseller/referral partner support program, to include recruitment, revenue sharing agreements, partner underwriting, onboarding and governance, channel support models, partner support tools and digital engagement and proven channel demand generation programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing 3rd party sales and referral channels, preferably in the merchant services space

  • Understanding of the mechanics and features of a world-class reseller/referral partner support program, to include recruitment, revenue sharing agreements, partner underwriting, onboarding and governance, channel support models, partner support tools and digital engagement and proven channel demand generation programs

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) communications, preferably within the financial services industry

  • Familiarity with the payments industry

  • Experience in Merchant Services

  • Merchant services/acquiring and/or payment network experience

  • Proven expertise in leading change management communications, including setting communication strategy and writing talking points

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners

  • Experience working with third party vendors

  • Demonstrated ability for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders

  • Product management experience in the financial services industry, including knowledge and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) drivers

  • Strong problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Proven ability to understand customer and end user needs and translate into delivery themes

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead without authority within a matrixed environment

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

  • Experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members while operating in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong and dynamic presentation skills, with experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:

  • New York – New York Pay Range: 138,500.00 - 287,600.00 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

  • Delaware - Delaware Wilmington Pay Range: 126,400.00- 262, 600.00 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
