Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing exceptional customer support while representing our firm with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Corresponding with clients mostly by e-mail

Collecting data and forms

Organizing data in spreadsheets

Performing data quality control including comparing forms to ensure information matches

Coordinating with vendors to get materials on time

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a pleasant demeanor and customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook a must.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficient in call center customer service and data entry tasks.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer queries effectively.

• Experience in email correspondence and order entry.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage a busy calendar efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Must be flexible with work hours, with the ability to work shifts if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Further education in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
