At Kelly®, we’re seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to work at a premier company in Wilmington, DE.

Pay Rate: $26.00/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Associate Customer Service Representative:

• Acting as the primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers, and other roles internal to the business.

• Proactively interacting with customers for notification of late orders due to product availability and transportation issues.

• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of assigned customers, including their roles and responsibilities, internal relationships/decision makers, and understanding the business model.

• Interacting with a broader network of internal partners to ensure that customers' requirements are understood and commitments are met.

• Receiving and processing all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders.

• Managing consignment stock, including consignment fill-up, inventory management, invoicing, count, and reconciliation.

• Processing customer complaints and returns according to the complaint management process and return policies.

• Performing quality control checks and taking subsequent corrective actions.

• Actively monitoring open orders to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed.

• Following desk procedures/policies in compliance with QS 9000, ISO, and/or other quality system requirements.

• Providing backup coverage for (Junior) CSRs or Senior CSRs for standard transactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Must have experience working with SAP (R3-P23) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Have IT knowledge, which is a plus.

• Have previous customer service experience.

• Are able to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office on-site.
