Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of measures, processes, and controls to meet legal and internal requirements of the Compliance Program.

  • Provide subject matter proficiency to the Corporate Compliance department in any or all the following areas:

  • Enterprise Risk Management

  • Third Party/ Vendor Compliance

  • Data Privacy Compliance

  • Compliance Training Development

  • Policy and Procedures Development

  • Support the administration of a third-party Compliance reporting platform

  • Assist in tracking and reporting Compliance trends to the Company, Board and external stakeholders

  • Assist as needed with

  • Communicating with hotline reporters

  • Advising and consulting the business on Compliance matters

  • Collaborating with other departments on Compliance matters

  • And other duties as required.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3-5+ years of relevant Compliance experience

CCEP certification a plus

Spanish language proficiency a plus

Pre-Screen
