JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Inventory and Market Support Specialist Position Location: Ray, ND Department: Inventory Reports To: Director of Product Inventory and Logistics

Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the MT Network Equipment assets warehoused at the Ray, ND location. Duties include maintaining an organized warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, inventory management, pulling inventory for projects, acquiring materials specified in BOMs, and preparing PORs (Purchase Order Requests).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize/manage warehouse space Shipping/Receiving Forklift Operator Inventory Management (including periodic audits) Ensure that check-in/checkout process is followed at all times Pulling and organizing materials for projects and/or repairs Asset tracking using internal and external tools/portals Market liaison for contractors, vendors, and Field Technicians

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities: MT Networks BOM sign-off with tower crew and/or field technicians RMA creation/management for repairs Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill job function or as assigned Deliver equipment to work sites as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be experienced in safely packing materials for shipping Must have prior experience operating a forklift

Conditions: The Warehouse worker will typically spend 25% of his/her time in their office working on a computer, 25% in the warehouse, 25% in the field at tower sites, and the remaining 25% in the outside area adjacent to the warehouse. This will vary from week to week depending on number of deliveries, active projects, etc.

Education/Experience: High School graduate Associate degree preferred 2+ years experience as a warehouse worker Must be computer savvy and experienced in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) Must have prior experience operating a forklift Valid drivers license with clean record
