    Job Responsibilities

    50% Sales: Actively sell relevant insurance products and services during all appropriate interactions. Responsible for effectively closing sales and meeting overall monthly and annual scorecard goals.

    10% Quotes: Actively create and work leads to generate quotes with focus to grow business across insurance product lines & meet/exceed outlined targets and goals.

    10% Retention: Create relationships with customers and execute various strategies to retain business. Actively engage with customers on feedback & find creative solutions to ensure outlined retention targets & goals are met.

    10% Answer Rate: Urgently answer customer requests and be available to assist customers in a timely fashion. Effectively resolve Member and customer concerns in-person or over the phone at the outlined expectations. Demonstrate AAA Core Values in every interaction.

    10% Cross Recommendations: Offer a Club focused sales approach & continuously promote all Club products/services. Effectively sell AAA membership, credit card, home warranty offers, & other product/service offerings to meet/exceed outlined expectations.

    10% Multiline: Proactively recommend bundled insurance policies such as Auto with Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. to grow book of business & meet the defined goals/targets.

    Job Specific Requirements

  • Personal Lines Insurance license, or obtain within 60-90 days of hire; required

  • Responsible to obtain and maintain the required license or certification in an active status

  • Able to display working knowledge of carrier offerings, processes, and requirements

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, & events as required by business need/Leadership directive

  • Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems

  • Must be able to resolve problems and work under pressure to diffuse member concerns

  • Work under pressure during periods of high volume

  • Ability to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service

    Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 25 lbs

    Compensation

The mid-market salary range for this position is $20.29 per hour to $23.00 per hour, plus a tiered compensation plan. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
