Brady Corporation Inside Sales Account Specialist - Construction in Williamsville, New York

What We Need:

Territory Account Managers represent the brands: Brady, Emedco, Seton, and/or Clement Communications. While managing new and existing accounts within a defined region of the US, Territory Account Managers are responsible for identifying new opportunities within the existing account base, as well as finding new customer opportunities who are acquired via marketing efforts or the web. In addition, Territory Account Managers collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate customer order placement and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strengthen and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up.

  • Educate customers on products (safety signage, tags, pipe markers, labels, etc.) and services (safety audits, quotes, takeoffs, etc.) available.

  • Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach.

  • Build and manage sales pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.

  • Maintain high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails.

  • Utilize multiple systems (CRM (Salesforce), SAP, dialer).

Hiring range:

  • $20 - $24/hr. plus uncapped commission earnings.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous work experience interacting with customers.

  • Strong follow-through and communication skills including the ability to be engaging and dynamic.

  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

  • Ability to travel for training and development opportunities; tradeshows as applicable.

Desired knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Knowledge of the safety, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or education industries.

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.

  • Prior experience prospecting, closing sales over the phone, rapport building, and/or account management.

  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

  • Effective time management skills.
