DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently seeking career-driven students who are interested in a Co-Op opportunity, in the bridge and structural steel industry, for the 2024-2025 academic year. Co-ops generally run anywhere from October to June, depending on the educational institution's academic calendar.

We are seeking Co-Ops who possess the following educational and work qualifications:  * High school CTC/CTE or post-secondary students currently enrolled in an automotive technology, collision repair, or general construction trades program   * The ability to learn and use tools, blueprints, and measuring instruments  * A satisfactory or above academic, attendance and safety record.

Based on business demands, the co-op is welcome to apply for future full-time 1^st or 3^rd shift opportunities, barring successful completion of high school or post-secondary graduation requirements and a minimum performance rating of meets expectations during their time at High Steel Structures LLC. 

Experience Required  * Previous welding experience
