Join Our Team as a Full-Time Office Coordinator!
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with Epic scheduling experience? We are looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team and make a difference in our practice.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday, Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage and coordinate the front office staff in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
Scheduling: Ensure accurate patient scheduling and staff assignments.
Support: Serve as a resource to address patient, family, staff, or physician needs and concerns.
Data Management: Obtain accurate demographic, next of kin, and insurance information, including referrals/authorizations.
Patient-Centric Culture: Develop and maintain a welcoming environment focused on patient arrival and follow-up activities.
Benchmark Monitoring: Monitor and meet practice-specific benchmarks, including point of service and scheduling.
Denial Work Queues: Work denial work queues in conjunction with the CBO.
Charge Input Accuracy: Ensure accuracy for all daily charge input, both inpatients and outpatients, of CPT and diagnosis codes.
Training & Development: Oversee orientation/training, including cross-training, to ensure staff availability/coverage.
Data Compilation: Compiled departmental data on patient caseload and physician intervals to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Customer Service: Foster a positive customer service atmosphere through ongoing training, development, and monitoring of staff. Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the manager in selecting, monitoring, and evaluating front office staff.

Must meet one of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 months of healthcare experience – perfect for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in healthcare.
Associate's Degree in Health Care or Business with a minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience – ideal for those with a focused educational background and some hands-on experience.
High School Diploma with 2 years of healthcare experience – great for experienced professionals ready to bring their valuable skills to our team.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
Act 33 with renewal
Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
