We are looking for resilient sales professionals to join our Retail Insurance Team. Don’t have insurance experience? No problem! We offer in-house training and support staff to ensure your success and pay for you to obtain the required licenses. We are seeking resilient networkers - people who enjoy building meaningful relationships that will ultimately fuel their referral pipeline to grow their book of business.
What we can offer you:
A competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions and renewal income .
Agents typically make $50,000 to $70,000 their first year of employment

The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agents are:
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Offering Personal Lines and Life Insurance policies.
Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals
Maintain all current licensing, agency and carrier compliance requirements
Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to network and prospect to generate new leads
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire
Strong comfortability with learning new computer programs
