We are currently seeking a Virtual Teller (ITM Teller) to join our Virtual team in Wichita, KS. As a Virtual Teller in our Contact Cener, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment while having direct contact with our valued customers. As a trusted customer adviser and product expert, you will be able to recommend products and services to provide a better banking experience for our customers.

Essential functions of the role:

  • Develop trusted relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates

  • Recommend products and services to our customers

  • Complying with bank operational and security procedures

  • Encourage adoption of ITM services to enhance customer relationships

  • Interact with customers through video in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance with ITM transactions and addressing inquiries promptly.

Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, utilizing ITM technology.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to ITM transactions, escalating complex problems as necessary. 

  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or transactions to maintain the security and integrity of ITM transactions. 

  • Stay up to date on new ITM features and banking products to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. 

  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two years of customer service experience required

  • Two years of previous banking experience required

  • One Year related experience in retail banking and or sales required

  • Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software

Monday – Friday: 7:30am-8:05pm (hours will vary)

Saturday: 8:30am-2:00pm (rotating)
