::: {field="responsibilities"} - Answer general inquires related to setup and operation of Precision Aftermarket Solutions - Build solutions and troubleshoot technical concerns on products and systems using electronic test equipment and the interpretation of fault codes - Apply procedures and settings related to equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, as well as hydraulic, electrical and application performance - Adopt the practice of delivering a positive customer / dealer experience by closely working with technical support teams, field sales managers and regional service managers on urgent issue. - Engage with the right people to troubleshoot the problems to quickly answer technical questions from CNHI dealers, customers, or from CNH field service personnel using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources - Build and maintain Technical Documents and Knowledge Articles for the use of both our customer/technicians in the field and Internal Personnel - Improve reliability of CNH products - Train on current agricultural operational developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and working with dealership technicians. - Other responsibilities assigned to give to the success of the team and company :::
