We are looking for a Quality Assurance Production Lead to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Day Servicesarea.\ \ Summary/Objective:\ Reporting to the Production/Quality Assurance Coordinator and 2nd shift Production Supervisor, the Production Lead will provide over site and compliance assurance of allAssembly and Production work of assigned contract. Determine and maintain volume and quality goals of assigned contract. Acts as a central point of contact for the operation and training of workers, and ensure all production work is performed to documented standards.\ \ Skills and Knowledge:\ Ability to assist production coordinator and to meet production schedule. Efficient in all aspects of production. Ability to satisfy customer volume and quality requirements for all assigned contracts. Ability to fabricate all products of assigned contracts. Ability to recognize the requirements of assigned contracts. Ability to ensure all ISO procedures and work instructions are adhered to. Excel spreadsheet capabilities. Ability to maintain accurate production records. Ability to determine from collected data, what Continuous Improvements should be addressed.\ \ Essential Functions:

• Provide over site and training to assigned contract employees to improve productivity and quality.
• Insure contract employees and leads are following documented procedures.
• Prepare and maintain production volume and quality goals.
• Capture Quality Inspections data to spreadsheets, review for trends, and coach staff for improvements.
• Perform production work on assigned contracts as needed to meet production schedule.
• Ensure assigned contract meets all of customers requirements.

Shift Schedule: (Part-time would be shorter)

\ 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2ndShift - 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM\ *2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
