Immediate opportunities are available for talentedOperators-Materialswho want to become part of the Johnson Controls team. Due to high demand, we are now hiring multipleOperators-Materialsat our Wichita, KS manufacturing facility for ALL shifts.The Materials Operatoris responsible foroverseeing the movement, storage, and handling of materials within our warehouse and production areas. The role involves ensuring materials are organized, accessible, and ready for use to support operational needs.

What You Will Do:

• Operate material handling equipment, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, ensuring proper storage and organization.

• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and reported,assistingin stocktaking and regular inventory checks.

• Maintain safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of hazardous materials as needed.

• Assistin the preparation and distribution of materials for production lines or job sites.

• Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Record material movement and inventory data accurately for reporting purposes.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of material handling equipment and warehouse areas.

• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure materials meet production or project requirements.
