Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction needs on large scope water/waste-water treatment facilities.
Responsible for day-to-day management of all MEP sub-contractors.
Coordinate all MEP schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation.
Review and approve all MEP change orders.
Develop and monitor equipment and material delivery logs.
Develop work lists and complete MEP punch list.
Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the VP of the Commercial Building Division.

Required Qualifications:

5-10yrs of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
Experience with water/waste-water treatment facilities is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing skilled trades and sub-contractors.
Ability to create and work with contracts, RFIs, change orders, and plans/specifications.
Must have strong working knowledge of MEP means and methods along with general best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.
Professional certifications or education in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fields is a plus.
