Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Infrastructure Operations Analyst for a client of ours in the Wichita, KS area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with system and network infrastructure; core responsibilities are incident response, watching and executing on alerts from the monitoring tools, troubleshooting, communicating to our customers with the capabilities as escalations points. This position allows the opportunity to play with cool technologies, building servers, onboarding/decommissioning devices into our tools, firewall rules, switch configurations, FDAP, etc. We also patch all of the servers in the environment. This position is a 6-month contract to hire.

Skills and Requirements

Experience working with network infrastructure (switches, routers, servers, etc.)

 Experience working with system infrastructure

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment

 Hands on experience with Cisco specific devices

 Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, Orion/Solarwinds)

 Working with firewalls (Fortigate specifically would be a huge advantage) Cisco certifications (CCNA, etc)

 Server virtualization

 Working in a multi-domain environment null
