SUMMARY:

Reports to the Director of Operations. Under direct supervision, provide graphic design, layout, and production for Thunder Hockey games.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Digital logo layout for all electronic media within INTRUST Bank Arena.

• Ability to attend all home Thunder hockey games.

• Ross Video and Tria software knowledge, preferred.

• Operate sound light boards, ribbon board, control replay effects, video switchers and click effects as necessary.

• Maintain a professional work ethic.

• Provide the highest customer service excellence.

• Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments).

• Regular attendance is an essential job function.

• Must be able to work at all local ASM Global venues.

• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to troubleshoot basic software/hardware problems.

• Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of audio-visual.

• Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, team members, exhibitors, patron, and others encountered in the course of employment.

• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.

• Must be able to multi-task between job functions.

• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.

• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.

• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED certificate.

• Minimum of 6-months experience in professional live event product, preferred.

  Computer Skills:

• Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment.

• Operate audio visual, graphics, sound board.
