Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This position requires working on your feet for 8-hour shifts in a labor-intensive environment that is not climate-controlled.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a structured packing line, including layering product and pinning together with metal rods/hand-held tools.

Work Environment

This is a production/manufacturing facility with around 180 shop employees and 400 total employees, including office staff. The facility operates multiple shifts and is a 24/7 operation. The environment is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This role will often require working outside in the elements, particularly in the shipping yard/dock area. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the company (ear plugs, safety goggles).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
