Floater production employee handle materials and uses hand tools, knives machinery and equipment to help deliver good food responsibly to Americas dinner table. This position performs is constantly rotation and physically performs demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strength and stamina. Team members must be able to work schedule hours, which may include mandatory overtime depending upon production demands.
