Polo Concrete, LLC. 11975 W. Cherese Circ., Wichita, KS 67215. Ph. 316-617-9245. Full-Time-TEMPORARY From: 4/01/2025 to 12/31/2025; 15 Positions Available. Construction Laborers; Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types, and a variety of small construction equipment and instruments. Will clean and prepare sites for constructions and assist other craft workers. Monday-Friday; 8AM - 5PM. (1hr lunch break)

Wages paid weekly. 40hrs/week. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. No minimum Job requirements; Multiple worksites within area of intended employment in Sedgwick, KS. Salary \$19.13/hr. No overtime.

Employer will make all deductions required by law from the workers paycheck;

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and daily subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

Employer will provide transportation to/from jobsites from a central pick up location;

Employer will reimburse the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Employer will provide tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job at no cost.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
