Robert Half Business Analyst I - Process Management in Wichita, Kansas
Description
This role involves evaluating current business procedures/projects and recommending opportunities for business improvement. You'll support the creation and implementation of business process enhancements for projects of low complexity. These projects are generally of low-risk and play a part in larger business initiatives. Assisting with the resolution of process issues, you'll work under general supervision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify solutions for business problems at the operational level.
Document existing and future processes, outlining required changes.
Support colleagues in utilizing internal communication systems effectively.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement to build strong working relationships and address concerns.
Assist in identifying and evaluating risks, issues, dependencies and constraints related to the project.
Contribute to feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective.
Compile reports using data from various sources.
Delegate tasks and set short-term schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and proposing improvements to existing operations.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Applicant should have 0 to 3 months general experience and 7 to 12 months experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
Contract Length: 1 year, 8 months
