Minimum Requirements
- Ability to
assist students
in
one of the following disciplines:
Chemistry
, Math
, MLT, Phlebotomy or
Nursing

Preferred Requirements
- Experience

tutoring,
adult education,
or higher education.
- Ability to tutor in multiple subject areas.
Primary Functions of Position
Tutors provide academic assistance to students
who are
having
difficulties
with
subject matter
in which the tutor
is
str
ong
. Tutoring may be provided in a one-on-one, on-line,
s
mall group or small class setting. Tutors are required to carefully document work with students and objectives met. Hours and compensation vary depending upon academic credentials and student demand. Areas
currently experiencing high
demand are
Chemistry, Math
, MLT, Phlebotomy
and Nursing
.
