Work onsite Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

Position will work on lien maintenence.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for a variety of loan servicing activities supporting the Retail Community Bank loan servicing function, including processing monetary transactions, loan maintenance, preparation of payoff statements, loan research, and exceptions handling in a centralized environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform various daily tasks including monetary processing, loan account research, exceptions handling, and document imaging.

  2. Maintain an understanding of retail, small business and wealth management products, policies and procedures.

  3. Maintain a knowledge of compliance, legal and documentation requirements, including those specific to state laws.

  4. Meet/exceed monthly production and quality performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. High school degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

  2. Two years of banking or financial services experience in a loan servicing environment.

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  4. Ability to problem solve and serve as an advocate of the client while balancing risks for Truist.

  5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge in various types of lending products including, Real Estate (1-4 Family), Auto, Boat/Motor/Trailer.

  2. Prior knowledge in various banking system (i.e. ALS, SPRINT, SHAW)
