JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Experience Business Analyst

Chubb is looking for experienced professionals (3 - 5 years) with a background in the intersections of business and technology to join our Digital team. This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a growing, financially stable, and successful company. This position will support Chubb's agent facing portal, which offers our agents and brokers easy access to online placement solutions, customer service options and marketing and sales tools that provide our agents the information they need to learn about, sell, and service our mutual clients.

Critical factors for success in this role:
College graduate with 3-5 years of experience in insurance, financial, or technology industries
Preferably, experience in property & casualty insurance and/or web technologies
Knowledge of requirements writing and technical documentation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Highly self-motivated, adaptable to changing environments, and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Duties will include:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations and activities of Chubb Agent Portal and related systems and projects
Assist in documenting business requirements for related projects
Support and participate in test execution and other QA activities
Support delivery of product and application demonstrations/presentations
Provide training for internal and external clients as needed
Analyze and create reports using Excel, Qlik, and Google Analytics
Develop procedures and workflows for new functionality
Update marketing materials
Escalate issues/risks to management when necessary
