Leverages Java Spring Boot framework, Hibernate, Oracle database, HTML5, Bootstrap CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and backbone frameworks to implement and automate end-to-end processed related to the company's insurance applications. Acts as a technical liaison between GMAD and the Insurance Group Technology department to support the company's Quick Decision (QD) automated underwriting tool. Writes code for Quick Decision to enhance the member experience and expedite processing with automated data calls. Oversees the development and successful rollout of several portal sites and performs platform enhancements. Meets with the business teams to gather requirements and feedback to achieve the most user-friendly e-app customer experience. Evaluates and implement new QD functionality and portal components and supports Account Management requests. Work with multiple users to enhance the requirements tool.
