US Fertility Physician Liaison (RMA NY) in White Plains, New York

Join an exceptional national team of Practice Liaisons. The Practice Liaison represents RMA NY to the referring provider community, our industry partners, and our patients within a geographical area. The goal of this position is to grow new patient volume by maintaining and enhancing current provider relationships, developing new referring provider relationships, leveraging industry partners, and increasing overall brand awareness for the practice’s region. The liaison works closely with the RMA Fertility physicians to organize and lead networking opportunities to partner with referring providers in the care of our patients. Success is achieved through the attainment of specific and measurable goals related to patient referral volume, field activity, and performance of target accounts.

The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours (White plains, Westchester, and Manhattan Region)

How You'll Contribute:

Essential Functions

  • Using market and competitive intelligence as well as internal data, create territory marketing plan (updated 2x/year) to achieve goals and manage field regional budget.

  • Drive annual regional competitive analysis and pricing analysis. Monitor ongoing changes in the competitive landscape.

  • Work closely with RMA physicians to establish individual account strategy, target accounts, and referral goals.

  • Routinely connect with OBGYNs and other referring providers through office calls, luncheons, open house events, and meetings. Tailor messaging and strategy based on RMA service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factors.

  • Organize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce. Monitor referral volume daily and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on results.

  • Leverage industry partners to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness.

  • Work with the marketing team to design and deliver region-specific provider collateral tailored to region needs.

  • Deliver weekly activity reports, monthly territory and expense reports. Present referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical/intangible service sales.

  • Women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferred.

  • Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.

  • Time and territory management skills. Familiarity with local market and health systems.

  • Strong technical skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Power BI. Ability to leverage data to drive field priorities.

  • Self-motivated, independent worker.

  • Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
