To support the company's objectives as Senior Accountant, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, produce budgets and forecasting, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

• When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests

• Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations

• Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

• Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

• Participate in various department-wide initiatives

• Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management

• Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner Requirements - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

• Strong time management skills preferred

• Skilled with ERP systems

• Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

• Adeptness in Month-end Journal Entries

• Previous experience working with financial statement preparation

• Demonstrated knowledge of Monthly Journal Entries

• Earlier work involving Analyze Financial Statements

• Knowledge of budget forecasting

• Foundational knowledge in journal entries

• Epicor experience highly preferred

• Practical knowledge of Epicor

• General familiarity with bank reconciliations

• Background working with Epicor Erp

• Good understanding of Financial Statement

• Ledger Journal Entries experience highly desired

• Budgeting experience

• Strong familiarity with month end closings

• General ledger experience highly valued

• Comprehension of General Ledger System

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

• 5+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
