Your Opportunity: Taymark, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Trainer to join their team in White Bear Lake, MN! Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with supervisors to schedule and execute training programs Ensure team performance excellence in both phone-based interactions and call center operations, driving quality interactions and sales Onboard new agents into company systems and facilitate their training process Ensure agents complete all training requirements and deliver exceptional service Provide real-time support to agents, including call escalations when necessary Act as backup for call center operations and support lines as needed Monitor call quality and conduct coaching sessions to enhance service and customer experience Engage directly with customers to provide world-class experiences and promote upselling opportunities Foster positive team engagement and promote a culture of continuous improvement Your Shift: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (shift may vary to support call center seasonality) You Must Have: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving performance through coaching and training Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
