Institutional Client Group; ICG (Whippany, NJ): The Institutional Client Group is responsible for driving the firm’s strategy and business development efforts with institutional investors globally. As an Analyst, the candidate will work closely with team members, investment professionals, and other key stakeholders in a range of responsibilities related to growing the client business. This includes maintaining and enhancing a CRM system, sourcing prospective investors, researching competitor products, summarizing large datasets, assisting with various business strategy initiatives, and coordinating client/prospect meeting logistics and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Thorough analytical skills with the ability to creatively and professionally present data

-Must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution and actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in finance / economics

-Anticipated graduation date must be between December 2024 and June 2025

-A strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and be able to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects

-Able to work independently and in a team environment, remaining detail-oriented and client-focused

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with management-level professionals

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office

-Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship, now or at any point in the future

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

-Understanding of financial markets, as well as the role of consultants and institutional investors

-Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools

-Knowledge of Salesforce.com
