Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Coordinator in Wheeling, Illinois
Adecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our client's team and support their maintenance operations in Wheeling, IL. Maintenance Coordinators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $23.00-$25.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will organize, schedule, and track maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facility systems, while collaborating with the maintenance management team, contractors, and other departments to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with basic maintenance skills (e.g., Junior Maintenance Technician or Apprentice experience) or a strong desire to grow into a Maintenance Technician role
Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and maintenance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MRP Systems (QAD preferred); skilled in data analysis, database management, and report verification
Capable of working independently and collaboratively to improve processes, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Ability to foster teamwork, involve others in decision-making, escalate issues when needed, and make informed decisions
Proficient in reading technical documents, including diagrams, blueprints, equipment manuals, and materials used in maintenance functions
Willingness to work weekends, extended hours, or other shifts as necessary

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
