Job Posting: Hiring Commercial Flooring Installers

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Commercial Flooring Installers to join our dynamic construction team. The primary responsibility will be the installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in commercial new build projects. This role also includes managing a small team of 2-3 people to ensure high-quality and timely completion of flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install LVT and LVP flooring in commercial new build construction projects.

• Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 installers.

• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client specifications.

• Coordinate with other subcontractors on-site to maintain project timelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $23 - $30 per hour

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter and flooring installer.

• Proven experience with LVP and LVT flooring installations.

• Must possess your own tools and pouches.

• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.

• Valid driver’s license.

Job Type:

• Contract to Hire: Initial contract duration of 4 months with potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Work Site:

• This is a fully on-site position located in Boulder, Colorado and the Denver metro area .

Work Environment:

• You will often work independently or with a laborer, alongside other subcontractors on busy construction sites.
