We are seeking Civil Engineers at various levels who are proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD/Hydrofow, and MicroStation. If you have experience in site work, infrastructure, storm drainage, roadway design, erosion control, and onsite sewage disposal systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Innovative Design: Design and manage site design projects that make a real impact.

  • Drainage Solutions: Develop effective drainage management designs.

  • Septic Systems: Design efficient and reliable septic systems.

  • Site Grading: Perform precise site grading to ensure project success.

  • Municipal Applications: Prepare and submit various local municipal applications.

  • Infrastructure Development: Design roadways and storm sewer systems that enhance community infrastructure.

Essential Skills

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering school.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.

  • Certification: EIT certification recommended, with progression towards a P.E. license.

  • Experience: 4+ years of work experience in land development or site civil engineering.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced Certification: P.E. License is a plus.

  • Software Expertise: Experience with Civil 3D, HydroCAD/Hydrofow, and MicroStation.

  • Passion for Engineering: Energy and passion for engineering and innovation.
