Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Director – System Staffing Operations oversees the deployment of clinical resources throughout the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). In addition, this leader is the system expert for clinical staffing operations, productivity benchmarks, external agency sourcing and placement, and staffing plans models/operations. This role collaborates with regional leadership to ensure staffing plans are efficient and executed in a similar manner, meeting established productivity.

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.

Preferred/Optional: Master’s degree in Accounting or Analytics.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Proficient in MS Office. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, techniques, protocols and tools/equipment relating to clinical practice in a healthcare environment. Must possess strong knowledge/application of systems framework, strategic and analytical thinking skills; demonstrated resource management and stewardship skills, team orientation and strong customer-focus; demonstrated ability to lead/implement change activities; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledgeable on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Preferred/Optional: Two years of experience in a similar role.
