About the Team:

The Learning Program Manager is a member of the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) Technical Training team. This Learning Program Manager delivers high-quality learning solutions and programs that drive EPIC learners toward the achievement of ongoing strategic objectives.

About the Role:

As a member of the Technical Training team, you will work with our EPIC stakeholders to develop holistic learning solutions that solve for their business problems. The ideal candidate demonstrates performance consulting skills, builds productive and collaborative relationships, and has excellent organizational and program/project management skills, with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning experiences. They will have worked in an Agile, technology/SaaS environment, and be comfortable working at a fast pace. This position requires a good balance of being independent and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with business partners to determine business/learning needs and creates comprehensive learning strategies aligned to organizational goals.

• Designs, develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates training programs for business partners, to be delivered through multiple learning modalities (classroom, webinars, eLearning, OJT, etc).

• Develops comprehensive learning plans, including learning objectives, instructional approach, project timelines, assessment, and communication plans, for global technical training programs.

• May conduct training or develop instructional content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs.

• Utilizes LMS to schedule, communicate, deploy, and report on training programs.

• Produces reporting and dashboards to track and communicate program status to stakeholders.

• Conducts impact analysis and retrospective of learning programs.

• Administers external learning platforms and develops programs to promote engagement and continuous learning.

• Collaborates with training team members (Learning Experience Designers/Learning Program Managers, LMS Admin) to meet team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

About you:

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Adult Learning/Education, Business or equivalent experience in Learning Program Management

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a learning and development/training role

• Excellent program management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate multiple learning programs to successful completion

• Proven ability to build business partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate to develop strategic learning plans

• Strong proficiency in needs analysis and creating blended learning solutions, preferably for a technical audience

• Must be flexible and able to work both in global teams and individually, influence change, successfully manage multiple commitments, and meet tight deadlines

• Must be comfortable working as a hybrid employees (onsite/remote) and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning tools & technologies (such as Cornerstone and Articulate)

• Experience working in Agile environments a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, with ability to convey concrete and abstract ideas for appropriate audience. -

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen skills, linking decision making to outcomes
