We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Program Manage in Weston, Florida. This role is crucial in our business transformational change management process, specifically in implementing a new ERP System (SAP) across our multiple cross-functional operational and commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in executing business critical cost and resiliency initiatives.

• Manage a variety of competing priorities with attention to detail.

• Collaborate with teams to maintain and adhere to timelines and milestones.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Operations group during the SAP implementation.

• Partner with multiple departments to implement necessary changes for the new ERP System (SAP).

• Oversee the processing of financial notes and notifications.

• Ensure the quality management of the transformational change process.

• Maintain clear and accurate records related to the ERP Solutions.

• Monitor and manage relationships with suppliers as part of the change management process.

• Handle the responsibility of managing deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements • Proficiency in Operations Management, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness.

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and manage Financial Notes.

• Proven experience with Supplier Management, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services.

• Strong familiarity with SAP ERP and other ERP Solutions, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Ability to manage and track Deliverables against planned Timelines.

• Experience in setting and achieving Milestones in project management.

• Competency in managing Notifications in an ERP environment, specifically NIS.

• Proven track record in QA Management, ensuring that all aspects of a project meet specified quality standards.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Transformational Change in an organization.
