Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Accurately receive materials and products to maintain inventory integrity.

• Count, weigh, or measure incoming shipments to verify against orders and records.

• Examine and unpack shipments, rejecting any damaged items.

• Operate lift trucks to move shipments from the receiving platform to storage areas.

• Monitor the returns process and assist in recycling materials within the warehouse.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution center.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
