Maxar is seeking a Sr. Treasury Analyst located in Westminster, CO who will be an integral part of the team within Shared Services. The role provides exposure to cash flow forecasting, global funding and cash management, operational treasury, currency and interest rate risk management, debt compliance, etc. Report to the Direct of Shared Services, the Sr. Treasury Analyst will interact with a variety of functions within and outside of Treasury, including Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Finance Leadership, and banking partners.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to identify and resolve issued related to banks, including service of compliance issues, cash management processes, such as forecasting, target balancing, sweeps, etc. Develop broad understanding of, and provide strategic support to, cash, financial risk and insurance functions Develop and implement treasury reports in coordination with Finance / FP&A Oversee change management processes, including reconciliation, forecasting, and settlement Implement and continually refine key cash management processes related to cash management reporting outcomes Support Treasury's shared service initiative by overseeing cash management implementations and projects Manage letters of credit and bank guarantee requests including issuance, renewals and reporting Perform special project and ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary Support segregation of duties Analyze and interpret short-term liquidity forecast, funding requirements and investments reports in order to make recommendations with respect to borrowings or use of excess cashOversee day-to-day activity for bank and investment accounts Research and resolve exceptions Work closely with Accounting to ensure proper recording of Treasury activities including cash clearing Management of corporate credit card program

Minimum Requirements: Must be a US citizen Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance or FP&A

Preferred Qualifications CPA, CTP or related certifications Familiarity with treasury management and/or ERP systems Mastery level with MS Excel, Advanced in MS PowerPoint & Word Interest in development professional relationships (both internal an external), for the purpose of advancing the global treasury function Strong understanding of financial including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flows High degree of business acumen to provide decision support High degree of technical and analytical capabilities to develop financial models and solutions Experience working in the context of a large, complex, geographical-dispersed organization Continuous improvement attitude with ability and confidence to make recommendation Ability to quickly synthesize disparate data and provide actionable information Highly responsive, leveraging abilities to multi-task, work efficiently and meet tight deadlines Energetic with a proven ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to change

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$74,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually.
