OpTerra Energy Services Project Manager II (Renewables) in Westminster, Colorado

Every day in this role you will manage complex renewable construction projects simultaneously, advancing through various stages of development through completion of construction and project closeout. Ensuring all projects adhere to requirements listed in applicable legal agreements. Additionally, coordinate the procurement of material and labor to assemble the systems per the validated drawings and specifications, all while enforcing strict health and safety requirements.

Deliver industry leading customer service to ENGIE clients Manage project schedule and budget throughout the development and construction phases Track and analyze progress on project-level spend and schedules in relation to approved budget and schedule baselines. Cite any budget-related and schedule issues and processes change to ensure budget and schedule baselines are accurate prior to hand over to construction management team Provide regular status reports to clients and other external parties as necessary, including previously mentioned schedule and budget/cost updates prior to hand over to construction management team Work with the engineer of record to obtain permits, negotiate and comply with interconnection agreements, and deliver construction and staging drawings Manage labor contractor relationships, master service agreements, ENGIE required health and safety registration and contractor ethical requirements Coordinate General Contractor's Request for Proposals Work with internal and external Procurement resources to obtain quotes and proposals for the entire Scope of the project across various suppliers

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study in which you have learned project management, contracts reviews/adherence, dispute resolution, scope of work, and technical specificati Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Project Management, Engineering or Construction role within the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic solar arrays and/or battery energy storage systems) Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Procore Pro-Active team member with strong time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and adapt in a demanding, ever-changing environment with the ability to work with a collaborative approach to getting the work done OSHA30, NFPA 70E, or other prior safety training and certification First Aid, CPR, AED certification

Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy This role requires attendance at a worksiteon a daily/weekly/rotation basis as project phases dictate Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record; for the use of fleet cars, personal and or hire cars when traveling, to drive to site locations and meetings Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies; Must be physically able to conduct site visits and walk renewable energy sites for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather conditions to complete job assignments

Compensation Salary Range: $84,000 - $128,800 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
