Sodexo is seeking a General Manager to support our dining services at our client, Covenant Living of Westminster, CO . We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a operational-culinary-driven upscale dining experience. This is a hands-on, working managers role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail and/or restaurant upscale full service management experience preferred.

The successful candidate will:
have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.

have a passion for a high level customer service and culinary arts, with a strong culinary production background, ideally in a healthcare or retail setting;
are able to develop trust and build strong client relationships while meeting the expectation of the client as well as Sodexo;
have demonstrated experience managing a culinary team and exceptional human resource skillset;
are hands-on, and have an innovative leadership approach to management;
are able to work independently and make sound business decisions within company guidelines;
have the ability to manage multiple priorities;
possess strong financial acumen and experience managing a food service operations budget;
are experts in compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
