MTech Mechanical Drain Technician - Westminster in Westminster, Colorado

Position Title: Drain Technician FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: MTech Service Date: 2025 Reports to: Drain Tech Service Supervisor Location: Westminster, CO Wage Range: $22-26/hr. DOE

Job Summary Address the client's drain/plumbing concerns by thoroughly inspecting the drain system, providing suggestions and feedback to the client, and expertly clear, clean and/or repair all identified issues. Completes all necessary paperwork as needed.

Essential Job Functions Use sewer cameras and sewer locators to determine options Clean and clear drains using cable machines, hydro jetters and augers Minor plumbing service and repair Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policy Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local and national codes and industry standards Conduct yourself in a manner that will best represent the company to others Start work on time with the required hand tools and personal protective equipment to perform the job safely and productively Complete all required documentation on service and may collect, record and deliver fees to office Participate in meetings and training as necessary Support the total quality effort. Identify and respond to the needs of internal and external clients 100% of the time Regular and predictable attendance is expected to meet the requirements of this position Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required Must be approved to drive per MTech's driving standards Must be able to work flexible hours within the on-call schedule Basic knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems (willing to train) Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards (willing to train) Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working Required to enroll in MTech's accredited apprenticeship program How to Apply: If you are interested in this role or any others at MTech, please visit www.mtechg.com to apply.
