As the Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible coordinating the second shift to ensure all lines are properly staffed. You will monitor the workflow and function of the shift. You Will Maintain a positive and safe culture by completing monthly 360 training, safety observations, and near-miss observation Actively participate in team members' development and engagement Ensure lines are receiving proper maintenance from technicians and work with floor leaders to determine when maintenance assistance is needed Monitor reliability, scrap, customer needs, and downtown to ensure the production schedule is on track Identify, prioritize, and report problems with recommended solutions to be addressed during scheduled downtimes You Have Ability to work night shift 7:48 pm 8:00 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
