Description Position Summary/Essential Duties: Organizes and conducts defined portions of the Speech-Language Pathology to facilitate the habilitation or rehabilitation of people with speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing disabilities. Directs patient participation in selected activities to establish, enhance, and restore speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing abilities or compensate for their loss. Essential duties include: Patient evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning Patient treatment Documentation *This position will split support between the Cochlear Implant Center of Excellence along with general Speech-Language Pathology Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
