Job Description

A client in the Westlake, OH area is looking for a Credit and Collections Representative to sit onsite on a hybrid schedule. This person is responsible for researching and maintaining a book of clients and utilizing their collections experience on a daily basis. They will be reaching out via email or phone to collect outstanding invoices. This individual will be one of three collections representatives, reporting into the Credit and Collections Manager.

$20/hr to $25hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years of credit/collections experience

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 Customer service experience

 Experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

 Good problem-solving skills

 Detail oriented Bachelors/Associates degree

 Business-to-business collections experience

 Experience with Sage CRM null
