Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Payer Operations Delivery team supporting new client implementations and ongoing client support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Responsible for data analysis and data translation between proprietary and standard file formats.

• Document and implement the functional requirements, technical specifications, and template documentation designs for client’s business needs.

• Review complex data files, create mapping documents, interpret client requirements, and provide guidance on best practices.

• Act as a liaison between teams, responsible for system enhancement and defect submissions and correction confirmation in conjunction with the QA Team.

• Manage the implementation of new payment delivery technology projects including developing implementation project plans appropriate for each client, in coordination with the Project Management Team.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience working with PBM or pharmacy claims processing.

• 5+ years’ healthcare experience with providers and/or payers for claims and payment processing.

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Working knowledge and experience with SQL databases required. Experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
