JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grooming and bathing patients with low mobilityPreparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needsHelping patients eat and take medicationsMaking sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosagesMonitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staffAssisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bedTurning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfortsExercising patients by helping them walk

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindnessPhysical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
