Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are pursuing studies in accounting or finance and wish to gain practical experience in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry.

• Handle the entry and timely posting of checks and payments.

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.

• Assist with accounts payable and other accounting tasks as needed.

• Utilize various accounting software tools including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to carry out daily responsibilities effectively.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
