As a Transactions Specialist I in Operations within the Card Production Center (CPC) at JPMorgan Chase, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient coordination, review, and extraction of data files across our diverse lines of business. CPC serves as JPMorgan's primary card production and distribution hub, catering to a wide range of Visa and Mastercard products. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lift and deliver 40-70 lbs. and handle 200 lbs. of supplies using industrial pull/push carts.

  • Meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards.

  • Operate Entrust equipment daily for personalizing Visa and Mastercard plastics.

  • Validate material and output quality consistently.

  • Reconcile input vs. output using basic math skills.

  • Adapt to changes in directives, procedures, and technology within the work environment.

  • Maintain positive interactions internally and externally daily.

  • Prioritize assigned work daily according to client Service Level Agreements.

  • Participate in and uphold departmental work area maintenance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Competence in MS Office applications.

  • Effective organizational skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Availability for 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday (9 PM-5:30 AM). 15% Shift diff

  • Solid understanding of the line of business.

  • Familiarity with business processes and procedures.

  • Comprehensive product knowledge.

  • Relevant industry experience.
