Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in WESTERVILLE, Ohio. The role is within the service industry and entails the accurate and efficient processing of numerical data entries, with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input numerical data from spreadsheets to a web-based database.

• Ensure the precision of data entries, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate for all projects.

• Display utmost focus and concentration, avoiding any errors due to restlessness or boredom.

• Manage and update customer credit records as needed.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, cloud databases, and other computer databases to perform tasks.

• Adhere to the numeric data entry process, ensuring all entries are processed accurately.

• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a professional demeanor throughout all interactions.

• Utilize typing and 10 Key Skills to ensure efficient data entry. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a data entry role or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

• Demonstrable 10 Key Skills

• Experience with cloud databases and computer databases

• Ability to type quickly and accurately

• Proficiency in numeric data entry

• Proven track record of processing information accurately

• Ability to conduct tasks in a professional manner and maintain a professional demeanor

• Must be able to ensure accuracy in all data entry tasks

• Ability to handle large volumes of data, with a typing speed of 6,000 - 8,000 KPH

• Experience with various database systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
